Wes was an awesome realtor! He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions, no matter how minor they were. He went above and beyond when it came to dealing with the selling realtor and the lenders. He calmed me down when I got frustrated or panicked (this was my first time buying a home) and I could not have asked for more support through this journey. He will not stop until he finds you what you are looking for. He is honest and up front, which I appreciated immensely. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home!

There are so many great things that can be said about Mr. Woodstock!! My husband and I lived in New York for the most part of our lives (17 and 14 years), so when we came to visit our friends in Georgia on June 1, 2017, we knew immediately that we wanted to move here. We didn't waste any time and Mr. Woodstock was showing us potential houses on June 3rd!! Believe me, he knows what he is doing. He showed us approximately 4 or 6 houses, and when we found the one, he did his best to negotiate with the sellers, but they wouldn't budge. He laid out all the pros and cons of the house, and whether it was worth for us to give in to their asking price. As sad as we were, we took Mr. Woodstock advice and stopped negotiating further. At that time, we were back to New York while Mr. Woodstock was working non-stop to find us a house. Especially when we set a deadline to move to Georgia in August, which then was moved to July 13!!! He had less than six (6) weeks to find us a house of our dreams that would be available for us to move into. If you are all thinking right now "you asked him to do the impossible," I will tell you one thing: we told him our situation, what kind of house we wanted and HE DELIVERED!!!! Of course there were offers that fell through, but that's because this was during the time where a house didn't last a day on the market before it was snatched, and it was hard to "look" at houses from New York. However, Mr. Woodstock was always en route to an open house taking pictures, FaceTiming with us, and making sure everything checked out. He would always be realistic and tell us how it was...there was no sugar coating with him!! To be honest, we didn't expect any less from him. We knew exactly what issues each house we saw had, and whether the asking price was worth leaving us to deal with those issues. Hey, that's what negotiations are all about! You have to know what you are getting into, and whether it's worth the extra money you are paying or not. As our move was approaching, we were still jobless in Georgia and our hope that we would have a house to move into was slowly dying...After all, we needed jobs to secure mortgage; to give an offer! That's when the panic started kicking in. The hassle of moving to another state just to move to a rented apartment, just to move again to a house, losing our deposit, and spending hundreds in moving expenses. This was becoming a little overwhelming especially when we quit our jobs in New York, and were half packed. As we no longer were seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, Mr. Woodstock comes storming with a beacon of light knocking every obstacle in his way!! He found us a house!!! Not just a house, but a house that the sellers would rent to us while we look for jobs and get our sh*t together (no other way to describe this). To sum up, we were moving into our FUTURE house!!!! All we had to do was secure jobs, and then proceed with the closing!!! True, we paid rent while we were there, but this was OUR HOUSE!!! We didn't have to move again, or pack, or panic. We moved into the house in July and calmly started looking for jobs, while getting our stuff together. We even managed to make a vacation out of it that we so desperately needed!!!! During the day we were busy with interviews, while at the evening we were by the pool having a blast!!! Oh, and the house, you ask? The house is PERFECT!!! You know when you feel at home, and that is what we can say about our home. I would not change it for another!! Every time Mr. Woodstock gave us his professional opinion about a house and the asking price, we listened and followed it. So when the time came for us to walk into our house (which we only saw pictures of and a video of), my husband and I were mesmerized. What we thought were our dream homes before was NOTHING compared to this house. THIS was our home!!! Not the first house that we saw on June 3rd, or houses that came after. THIS was our DREAM HOUSE!! It had everything we wanted, just the way we wanted! Mr. Woodstock delivered on his promise!! To this day, my husband and I wake up in our house thinking to ourselves, "this is our home...our solitude...our life." Our three cats love it too!!! They love the kitchen backyard door with a net that they can look out of, while I indulge in a cup of coffee followed by serenade of birds and insects. We were looking for a house a little over a year ago and Dana was managing some properties we were interested in. We were also interested in another house which was not one of Dana's listing, which when all was said and done became the choice for our new home.
