When I became a Realtor just shy of 18 years ago, I was told by a very wise real estate broker "If you try to be everything to everyone, you will be nothing to no one." What they meant by that, is as a Real Estate Broker, there is so much to learn and you can't do everything well...so be a specialist in something so you stand out.
I took that advice to heart and focused all my efforts learning about the Woodstock market. Even during the worst recession in history, I kept my focus in the Woodstock area and my business thrived. Unlike most Realtors chasing business wherever I could get it, I remained focused in Woodstock, but expanded my service offering to include tenant placement and property management and my business flourished! My knowledge and love of Woodstock grew exponentially and am grateful to have become a top producing Realtor in the community.
So, where did the name Mr. Woodstock come from anyway? Some years ago, one of my peers referred me a client and when I learned it wasn't in Woodstock, I graciously turned down the referral. They replied...that's right..."You are Mr. Woodstock" as a joke, but I took pride in it. It also became apparent meant that the real estate community has recognized me as the market expert I set out to become. My landscaper once told me that he couldn’t get through a single day without seeing one of my yard signs somewhere on his route. ( He actually said something else meaning this, but I think some may be offended by it so I took the liberty of some editing.)
Over the years, I have shown, listed, sold, rented or managed a home in almost every single neighborhood in this fantastic town. Since 2001, I have sold over 500 homes, have been involved in 500+ leases and brokered /mentored many agents in countless other transactions. When you combine my sales experience with my experience in managing every detail of over a hundred rental homes you quickly recognize that I am the guy you want on your side when buying or selling a home in Woodstock.
It is without saying that I’ve sold homes outside of Woodstock and I know the surrounding areas as well or better than the average Realtor, but when someone is looking to buy or sell a home in Woodstock or nearby, they come to me because they know I am a market expert and more than anything else....I care about my clients!

"It was our good fortune that we were referred to and met Dana through an agent that we had an appointment with but was unable to meet with us unexpectedly. This is our sixth home purchase using a real estate agent and Dana has proven to be the most knowledgeable above and beyond any other agent we have used in the past. He took us around to several areas we were interested in and within our budget. We looked at both new construction as well as resales. There weren't many around at our price point that we considered but Dana was persistent.
